Instead of customary note heads, every pitch has a unique shape. I don't see any altered Fs in your piece, but an example of that would be a "F-natural" somewhere in the piece where you would play a "F-natural" for that one note.If you’ve done any congregational singing among more traditional American churches, chances are you’ve run across something like this at some point: So, in your example, every F note in will be sharped (not just Fs indicated by the key signature). The only exception to this rule is when a note in the piece is specifically is notated with an accidental.
